Cancellation periods
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund, including shipping costs. We will cover the return costs from your home to our online store.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for the product's diminished value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
To exercise this right, you can contact us at service@tedhilley.com . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been returned in good order.

2) Wait for our confirmation
Please wait for approval first and then for the shipping label that we will send you.
3) Package your product
Use sturdy packaging, preferably the original box, to pack the product. And don't forget to fill and seal everything securely.
4) Print the shipping label or select the QR code if available
Print your shipping label immediately and stick it on the box. Or use the QR code to return items without a printer.
5) Take your package to the selected shipping point
Drop off your package at your chosen parcel point. Returns are free! You'll receive a shipping confirmation.
Refund or exchange
If everything is OK, we will refund your purchase amount (including any shipping costs) within 3 working days of receiving your product.

Our official return policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods (or, in the case of delivery in parts, the last good or part of the goods).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay, and in any event not later than 7 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the period of 30 days + 7 days has expired. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, our returns form, or e-mail).
