These terms and conditions apply to all visitors, users and customers.
By using our site, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Orders
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
3. Payments
We accept secure payments through trusted third-party payment providers.
By placing an order, you confirm that your payment details are valid and authorized.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs or other external factors.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Ted Hilley and may not be copied or used without written permission.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs.
We will cover the return costs from your home to the online store, provided you meet the stated conditions regarding returns.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
To exercise this right, please contact us at service@tedhilley.com . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
7. Costs in case of revocation
The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the product.
If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation. This is subject to the condition that the product has already been received by the online retailer or conclusive proof of complete return can be provided. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer explicitly consents to a different payment method.
In the event of damage to the product due to careless handling by the consumer, the consumer is liable for any decrease in value of the product.
The consumer cannot be held liable for any diminished value of the product if the entrepreneur has not provided all legally required information about the right of withdrawal, which must be provided before concluding the purchase agreement.

8. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The entrepreneur can exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal for products as described in paragraphs 2 and 3. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal only applies if the entrepreneur has clearly stated this in the offer, at least in good time before the conclusion of the agreement.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
- which have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
- that are clearly personal in nature;
- which by their nature cannot be returned;
- that can spoil or become outdated quickly;
- the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for individual newspapers and magazines;
- for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal;
- for hygiene products where the consumer has broken the seal.
7. Complaints procedure
In case of complaints, a consumer should first contact the retailer. If the online store is affiliated with WebwinkelKeur and complaints cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer should contact WebwinkelKeur ( www.webwinkelkeur.nl ), which will mediate free of charge. Check whether the online store has a current membership at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/leden/ .
If a solution is still not reached, the consumer has the option to submit their complaint to the independent dispute committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur. The decision is binding, and both the entrepreneur and the consumer agree to this binding decision. Submitting a dispute to this dispute committee involves costs that the consumer must pay to the committee in question.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of our products or website.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here, and your continued use of the site means you accept them.
10. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local legal procedures.
