Delivery time & Shipping costs

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as quickly as possible.

If you order before 10 PM from Sunday to Friday, you will receive your order the next day!

Orders received after 10pm will be shipped the next day.

Orders received on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.

However, we are not always able to comply with this, and sometimes the delivery of your order may take a little longer.

An estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and in your shopping cart. We'll keep you updated via emails with Track & Trace.

The listed prices do not include shipping costs.

Shipping costs are €4.95 for the Netherlands and €6.95 for Belgium.

Free shipping is available from €99.

DISPATCH
Orders within the Netherlands are shipped as parcels with DHL. You'll receive an email with a track & trace code as soon as your order ships. In most cases, you can expect your order the next day, but sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take a little longer.

If the carrier is unable to deliver your order the first time, they will try again. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, you will receive an email with instructions on how to collect your order from a nearby Pick-up Point.

DELAY DURING SHIPPING
If your order has been shipped but you haven't received it yet, it's best to wait a few more business days. In exceptional cases, DHL takes a few days to deliver. If you haven't received your order within 3 business days of shipping, please contact our customer service. To help you as quickly as possible, please include your order number in your message.

INCORRECT ADDRESS/POSTCODE/HOUSE NUMBER PROVIDED
If you enter an incorrect address, house number, or postal code with your order and the product is not delivered to you and the carrier does not return it to us, you will unfortunately have to order and pay for the product again. If we receive the product back at a later date, we will, of course, refund the amount you paid. If the product is returned to us and we have to resend it to you, you will be charged the shipping costs. You will have to pay these shipping costs first, after which the product will be resent to you. This process can take anywhere from a few days to three weeks.
